Metagenomics and its Applications in the Field of Marine Microorganisms

摘要 宏基因组学是研究生态群体基因功能和相互作用的新科学领域。文章从宏基因组DNA的提取和宏基因文库筛选两方面分析了宏基因组学的研究策略,并综述了宏基因组学在海洋微生物领域的应用。 Metagenomics is a new field of science applied to study gene function and interaction ecotype communi-ties. This review is analyzed the strategies of metagenomics on extraction of metagenome DNA and screening of met-agenome library, and discussed the applications of metagenomics in the field of marine microorganisms.
