提升高职院校教师胜任力是促进教师专业化发展、实施工学结合教育改革、构建现代职业教育体系的需要。基于实践探索,在政策构建的视角下提出高职院校教师胜任力的提升路径:塑造团结开放的高职教育教师文化;探索强调职教能力的教师准入制度;完善"双师型"教师培养培训体系;创新促进胜任力提升的教师管理机制。

Promoting high - vocational teachers＂ competency is the need of facilitating teachers professional develop-ment, and implementing work - study combination education reform, and building the modern vocational education system. On the basis of practice and from policies, this paper puts forward the paths of high - vocational teachers＂ competency promotion, which are modeling united and open high -vocational teachers＂ culture, researching teach- ers admittance system that stresses vocational education ability, completing double capability trainer training sys-tem, and innovating teacher management mechanism to promote their competencies.
