摘要
全程速度节奏掌控往往是短跑教学中容易被忽视的薄弱环节。通过对田径专选班男生的研究,并对比前后实验的教学,发现被实验班平均值为0.6″,成绩提高显著。初步验证了教学设计的可行性。
