基于陶行知“小先生制”教育思想有效构建艺术高校大学英语课堂教学

Effective English Classroom Teaching Construction in Arts college Based on the "Little Teacher System" Educational Thinking of Tao Xingzhi

艺术高校大学英语教学遭遇瓶颈,学生学习热情不高,学习效率普遍低下,改革呼之欲出。陶行知提出的"小先生制",其本质包含了"即知即传"、"教育民主"、"人人有才"等一些基本的教育理念。笔者尝试在课堂推行陶行知的"小先生制",对新的教学模式进行了深入的探讨和实践。

English teaching in Arts colleges encounters bottlenecks. Both the students＇ enthusiasm for learning and learning efficiency are generally low, which make reforms necessary. ＂Little teacher system＂ ofTao Xingzhi contains some of the ba- sic philosophy of education such as ＂teaching the knowledge as one gets to know＂, ＂education democracy＂, ＂everyone is tal- ented＂ by its very nature. The author tries to implement ＂Little teacher system＂ ofTao Xingzhi in the classroom and conducts in-depth discussion and practice on the new teaching mode.
