摘要
高校教师的角色和职能要求教师要树立以学生为本的课堂教学思想;教师要引导学生树立专业学习目标作为学生课堂学习的动力,加强课堂管理的柔性与刚性;除爱心之外,高校教师还应掌握好的课堂工作方法,同时对课堂教学效果自我检测与提高,教师提高自己的专业知识与水平。
The roles and functions of the university teachers requires teachers to establish a student-oriented class teaching thinking; teachers should guide students to establish professional learning goals as the driving force for students＇ learning, and strengthen the flexibility and rigidity of class management; beside love, university teachers should also well master the class working methods and conduct self-testing of teaching efficiency and improvement. Teachers must improve their pro- fessional knowledge and level.
