摘要
财务管理是本科经济管理类专业的一门核心课程,但在教学过程中出现了理论强实践弱、教材强案例弱、内容强手段弱、讲述强交流弱、会计强金融弱及知识强能力弱等六大困境。对此提出了包括教学内容本土化、教学方法多样化、教学手段立体化、教学目的明确化及教师培养同步化等五个相应的解决出路。
The Finance Management is a core course in the economic or management. But six predicaments are arisen in the process of the teaching, which are strong theory and weak practice, strong textbook and weak case, strong content and weak method, strong statement and weak interaction, strong accounting and weak finance, strong knowledge and abilities. To get out of them, the article indicates the five solutions including the China's teaching content, the diversified teaching method, the tridimensional teaching means, the def'mite teaching target and the teachers' synchronous education.
