Food safety is very important to each people and the government in China, and there are more special stuffs to be need in food industry. Therefore, it is necessary to make a schedule to improve the comprehensive capability of the food qual- ity and safety major students. We had been put the lecture into practice for 4 years, and the result is exciting.
