随着"90后"学生陆续跨入大学,他们的思想行为特点将会引发新的宿舍管理问题。长期以来以班集体为单位的学生管理模式逐渐被打破,以寝室为单位的学生管理的重要性日益凸显,如何让"90后"宿舍文化建设走向科学化、制度化,是高校学生管理工作面临的新挑战。
