Vocational and Technical College administration is an important integral part of the School of Management. This paper analyzes the special environment of Vocational and Technical College administration, and discusses the characteristics of administrative organization, administrative system and administrative team in Vocational and Technical College adminis- tration management on this basis to provide reference for the campus construction, efficient, scientific, humane administra- tion svstem.
