当前,大学生就业工作地位越发突出,本文在分析大学生就业现状的基础上,重点阐述了以思想工作为先导,积极创新和落实"两种教育"的就业工作对策,有效促进大学生就业"量与质"的双重提高,真正实现大学生就业工作"软着陆"。

Currently, the employment status of college students is increasingly prominent. This article focuses on the posi- tive innovation and implementation of the employment countermeasures of ＂two kinds of education＂ with the ideological work as the leader, and effectively promotes the students＇ employment of＂quantity and quality＂, truly achieving a ＂sott land- ing＂ employment of college students.
