摘要
随着教育事业的飞速发展和进步,高校管理问题日益引起社会各界的关注,而在高校管理过程中,人文关怀视域越来越成为其中不可回避的问题,本文主要阐述了当前教育背景下,人文关怀视域下高校人力资源管理应该遵循的原则,并在此基础之上,对高校管理过程中人文关怀的现状及管理路径进行了着重分析,希望能对相关人士提供一定的参考和帮助。
