本文主要就高校声像档案管理工作的现状进行了分析,主要表现为归档率低、手段落后、保管条件不完善,并提出了新时期高校声像档案管理的有效对策,分别从整理、信息化处理、改善保管条件、业务培训几个方面展开了探讨。

This paper analyzes the status of the college video files management. Problems are mainly low archiving rate, backward means and imperfect storage conditions. It presents effective countermeasures of college audio-visual archives management from several respects like information technology treatment, improving storage conditions, business training.
