课程体系改革是实现"工学结合"人才培养模式的核心,以湖南省精品专业——铁道工程技术专业"基于工作过程工学结合"课程体系的构建为基础,以专业动态调整机制建设、校企合作机制建设、人才培养模式建设、教学资源建设、评价考核体系创新为切入点,以专业教学团队建设、实习实训基地建设为保障,从课程体系设置的目标、思路、实践体系设置、今后改革方向等方面系统全面地阐述了课程体系开发的流程,为本专业人才培养模式的优化、学生就业竞争力的提升打下了坚实的基础,对职业教育的改革有一定的借鉴作用。

Curriculum system reform is the core to realize the talents cultivation mode of combination of work and study. In Hunan exquisite specialty railway engineering, according to ＂integration of work and study ＂ course system construction based on the working process as the foundation; according to the construction of professional dynamic adjustment mechan ism, the construction of cooperation mechanism between colleges and companies, talents training mode construction, teach ing resources construction, the innovation of the evaluation system as the breakthrough; with the guarantee of a professional teaching team construction, training bases construction; the paper systematically and comprehensively elaborates the process of curriculum system development from the goal and thoughts of the curriculum system setting, practice system setting and the direction of reform in the future, which laid a solid foundation for optimizing professional talents training mode and en hancing students＇ employment competitiveness and provided some reference for the reform of vocational education.
