摘要
高校学生管理工作正在逐渐走向独立和规范,高校学生辅导员队伍也逐渐走向职业化和规范化,本文从两方面探讨了目前高校学生辅导员队伍中亟待解决的问题,并提出相应的对策。
The students＇ management in the colleges and universities is approaching independence and specification. Mean while, the instructor team is approaching professionalization and standardization. The passage aims at pointing out the prob lems of the instructor team at present and finding out the solutions.
