授人以渔的哲学

Philosophy of Teaching One to Fish

辅导员工作是高校教育的重点工作之一,它涵盖的内容不仅仅包括大学生的思想政治教育,也包括对大学生学习方法的指导,生活习惯的引导,素质的拓展,职业生涯的规划,以及一些日常管理工作等等内容,帮助学生树立起一整套完整的学习方法、实践能力和人生理念,对大学生的成人成材起到了航标指引的作用。如果说科任老师教授学生专业知识和一些专业学习方法是"授人以鱼",那么大学辅导员的工作更应该是"授人以渔"。

Counselors＇ work is one of the most important work in university education. It covers not only ideological and political education of college students, but also the guidance of students＇ learning method and living habits, the expanding of student＇s quality ,career planning, and some daily management works etc. It helps students establish a complete set of learning method, practical ability and life philosophy, which plays the role of guidance for students＇ growing up. If we regard the knowledge and the learning methods which professors teach as ＂giving one a fish＂, then the Counselors＇ work may be reg-arded as＂teaching one to fish＂.
