高职院校师资队伍建设存在的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Teaching Staff Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国高等职业教育发展迅速,规模不断扩大,高职院校师资队伍建设出现了许多亟待解决的问题,主要表现在师资队伍结构不合理、教师总体素质不高、双师素质教师能力不够等方面。为此,高职院校应进一步提高认识,制定师资建设规划,培养符合高职教育发展的教师队伍。

With the rapid development and the expansion or the scale ot higher vocational m our country, there are many problems that need to being solved in constructing teaching staff. They are reflected in the unreasonable teaching staff struc ture, lowquality teaching staff, and the incapability of overall teaching staff quality and so on. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should further improve their awareness, establish teaching staff construction planning and cultivate qualified teach ing staff in higher vocational education.
