把握新课改特点 谈教师角色转变

Grasping the Characteristics of the New Curriculum Reform and Discussing the Change of Teachers’ Role

新时代的发展对现行教育已经提出了新的挑战。接受教育不仅仅是为了追求一纸文凭,而是为了是人的潜力得到充分的发展;接受教育也不仅仅是为了找到合适的一份工作,而是要贯穿于学生整个一生。因此为了培养具有创新精神的人才,为了适应学生的发展,我国基础教育必须进行改革。基础教育课程改革也是我国基础教育改革的重大举措。本文从新课程的特点出发,浅析在课堂教学中教师应如何转变角色来适应新课改的要求,从而达到新课程目标发展学生的目的。

The development in the new times has put tbrward a new challenge for the current education. Receiving education is not only for pursuing a diploma, but for the full display of potency; receiving education is not only for a suitable job, but tbr the whole lifetime. Therefore, in order to cultivate innovative talents and adapt to the development of students, our coun try＇s basic education must carry out a reform. Basic education curriculum refbnn is also the significant move of basic educa tion reform. Starting from the characteristics of the new curriculum, the paper analyzed how teachers should change roles in classroom teaching to meet the requirement of the new curriculum reform, so as to achieve the purpose of developing students in the new curriculum oal.
