高校新生党员继续教育与管理方案的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on Continuous Education and Management Program of New Party Members in Colleges

随着中学党建工作的发展,高校新生党员的数量逐年增加。但新生党员的质量差异较大,普遍与大学期间发展的党员有一定的差距,因此高校对新生党员的继续教育与管理工作显得尤为重要。文章结合长时间的工作实践,对新生党员的继续教育与管理工作进行了探索和研究。

With the development of party building work in middle schools, the number of new party members in colleges has increased year by year. However, the difference of the quality of new party member is pretty large and they have certain difference with the party members in colleges. Therefore, to study the continuous education and management is really im portant for colleges. With a longterm working practice, the paper made an exploration and research on continuous education and management of new party members.
