口语交际能力对中职生就业和未来发展具有重要作用。语文教学的根本任务是培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。作为一个相对完整的训练体系,"说"与听、读、写处于同等重要的地位,而且它们相互制约,相互促进。把"敢说、多说、会说"作为训练的三步曲,能有效提高学生"说"的口语交际能力。

Oral communication ability plays an important role for the employment and development of secondary vocational school students in the future. The basic task of Chinese teaching is to cultivate students＇ ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing. As a relatively complete training system, speaking is as important as listening, reading and writing, and they re strict each other and promote each other. Taking ＂to say bravely, to speak more and to be skilled in communicating＂ as a tril ogy of training, it can effectively improve students＇ oral communication ability in speaking
