Research on the Safe and Trusted Evaluation System of Civil Aviation Pilots

保障安全对于民航营运具有重要的意义,但是,影响民航营运安全的一个重要因素是飞行员的安全失信。本文通过建立民航飞行员安全诚信评价体系,以及持续改进的需求,旨在提高飞行员自身的安全诚信意识,进而改善民航运输的整体安全水平。

Safety assurance has a significant meaning for the operation of civil aviation. But the important factor of affecting the safety of civil aviation operation is the dishonesty of pilots on safety. Through establishing a safe and trusted evaluation system of civil aviation pilots and constantly improving the requirements, the paper aims at to improve safe and trusted con- sciousness of pilots and to improVe the overall safety level of civil aviation transportation.
