随着时代的变迁,人类文明的发展水平蒸蒸日上。与此同时,教育事业的发展亦不容小觑。在人类文明高度发达的新时期,教育事业的发展也要与时俱进,还要向人文、生活、民主、人性、文明靠拢。在教育过程中,特别是对当代大学生的教育,要充分体现出大学生在现代教育中的地位。本文就是针对如何在人文管理视角下对大学生进行管理的研究。

With the change of times, the level of development of human civilization is thriving. At the same time, the devel opment of education can not be underestimated. In the new era of highlydeveloped human civilization, the development of education should advance with the times, and it should also approach to the culture, life, democracy, humanity and civiliza tion. In the process of education, especially the education of contemporary college students should fully reflect the status of university students in modern education. This article made a research on how to manage college students in the humanistic and management perspective.
