近几年，伴随对大学生职业素养的关注，职业礼仪教育也在各高校内开始萌芽。但是由于高校职业礼仪教育正处于探索阶段，在实际的教育过程中仍存有许多的不足。本文从当前我国大学生职业礼仪教育的现状分析入手，针对大学生职业礼仪教育中存在的不足进行理论反思，以期能够为大学生职业礼仪教育的进一步完善提高理论指导。

In recent years, with the attention to professional quality of college students, professional etiquette education be- gan to sprout in various universities. But because the professional etiquette education of universities is in the stage of explo- ration, there are still many problems in the actual teaching process. Starting from the current situation of college students＇ oc- cupational etiquette education in our country, the article made a theoretical reflection according to the existing problems in college students＇ professional etiquette education so as to provide a theoretical guidance for the further perfection of college students＇ occuoational etiquette education.
