新形势下增强党对高校青年教师吸引力的对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures of Enhancing the Party＇s Attraction for College Young Teachers in the New Situation

重视从青年知识分子中发展党员，是我们党提升发展质量，优化党员队伍结构的重要手段。高校只有将青年教师吸引围拢到党的周围，才能实现好自身职能和使命。本文分析了当前影响高校青年教师入党的主要原因。同时，对增强党对高校青年教师影响力提出了加强思想政治教育、健全学校管理机制、落实基层党组织责任和加强人文关怀等方面的对策建议。

Attaching great importance to the development of party members from the youth intellectuals is the important means for our party to improve the quality of development and optimize the structure of the party member group. 0nly draw- ing close young teachers to the party, can colleges realize their own functions and missions. This paper analyzes the main causes of attracting college young teachers to join the party.
