The Application of Psychological Consultation Method in Ideological and Political Education

心理咨询法是指教育者或专业咨询者运用心理学的知识、理论和技术，通过回答受教育者的思想道德困惑或心理迷茫，提供建议，帮助解决其思想和心理问题的一种方法。心理咨询常用的方法有：交友谈心法、自我调控法、疏导咨询法，主要有作用有：激励作用、预防作用、调适作用。

The psychological consultation method refers to a method that the educators or professional consultants use psy- chological knowledge, theory and technology to provide advice and help them solve ideological and psychological problems by answering educatees＇ ideological and moral contusions or psychological confusions. The common methods of psycholog- ical counseling are： having a heart-to-heart talk by making friends, self-regulation, guidance and consultation. Its main func- tion includes： incentive function, preventive effect and adjusting function.
