Postgraduates party members are the excellent representatives of the vast postgraduates, and the education and ad- ministration of postgraduates work is an important move of keeping the party＇s progressiveness. Through summarizing the char- acteristics of postgraduate party members and analyzing the problems of postgraduates＇ education and administration work, the paper puts forward new thoughts and methods for enhancing the education and administration of postgraduates.
