在学校教育中，对学生创新能力的培养至关重要，也是每个教师神圣的职责所在。本文通过在实际教学过程中的体会和经验总结，从保持学生好奇心，积极引导、启发学生独立思考，以及把学习的主动权交给学生等方面进行了阐述。

Abstract In school education, the cultwatlon of studen s innovative ability is crucial and is also the sacred duty of every teacher. Through analyzing the feelings and summarizing the experience in the practical teaching process, the paper makes an elaboration from keeping students＇ curiosity, actively guiding and inspiring students to think independently, and giving the initiative of learning to students.
