少先队课程教学的实践路径研究——以东北师大附中净月实验学校小学部为例

自国家课程计划把班团队会作为固定课时列入了课程表作为全体少先队员的必修课程以来，我们的教学经验表明少先队课程建设的现实路径有三：一是精心实施班团队活动课程，注重道德教育实效；二是广泛开展红领巾社团课程，打造品牌特色活动；三是积极构建少先队文化课程，发挥组织教育优势。

Since the national curriculum projects include class team meeting as the fixed class hour in the list of curriculum sched- ule so as to make it the compulsory course for all young pioneers, our teaching experience suggests that the realistic approaches of young pioneers curriculum construction are the following three points： firstly, to elaborately implement class team activities course; secondly, to widely carry out the red scarf corporation course and build activities with brand characteristics; thirdly, actively to build the culture curriculum of young pioneers and give full play to the advantages of group education.
