摘要
在推进素质教育的今天,转化学困生,是任何一个教育工作者都无法回避的一个重要问题。教育工作者只有做到班规符合民意、教育循循善诱、教学因材施教,如和风化解坚冰,才能使他们感受到学校、家庭、社会的温暖,快乐地踏上成功成才的道路。对学困生这样一个“与众不同”的特殊群体,教育工作者如何让他们走出“困”呢?文章对此进行了探讨。
In the promoting of quality education today, transforming underachievers is an important issue that can not be avoided for any educators. Only with the class rules in accordance with the students' wishes, the education with proper methods and the teaching according to students' aptitudes, just as the gentle breeze melts the ice, can educator make students feel the warm of schools, families and the society and let them step on the road to success. Underachievers are a special group, and how should educators let them get away from "difficulties"? The paper ma- kes a discussion on it.
