数字化车间质量管理信息规范化技术研究

Research on Quality Information Standardization in Digital Workshop

装备关键件制造过程中,质量信息量大,且存在大量非规范信息,使质量信息与车间其他系统之间的信息集成存在较大的困难。本文采用UML统一建模语言对质量信息进行建模,实现了车间质量管理系统数据库中数据结构规范化设计。在UML模型基础上,采用XML标准对可用于网络传输与交换的数据信息的规范进行描述,使质量信息以XML文件形式存在,应用Web Services技术,实现质量信息在数字化车间网络环境中的信息集成与共享。

There were plenty of quality information in the process of equipment key part manufacturing, and there were plenty of nonstandard information in it, integration and shared will become more difficuh between quality system and other application systems because of that. The paper adopted the UML modeling technique to make the quality data be standardi- zation. The data information was standardly described by XML based on UML modeling. The Web Services technique was adopted to make the information integration and shared in net environment of digital workshop.
