基于ARM9的多功能数控系统硬件设计

摘要 针对再制造需求,提出了一种性价比较高的基于ARM9微处理器的多功能机床数控系统。硬件平台采用模块化设计,以三星S3C2440A微处理器为主控CPU,ATmega88为从CPU,实现零件加工的自动控制。主控CPU主要完成数控程序的输入、键盘输入、LCD显示、程序的解释和粗插补等主要功能;从CPU为辅助设备,主要完成精插补功能。系统包括外围扩展人机交互模块和通信模块,完成人机交互功能和数据的通信,显示部分可配8in彩色显示屏。该系统具有功耗低,成本低,可实现数控车、铣、车铣复合和钻等加工工艺的特点,并且结构简单,极大地方便了系统的维护和升级,在经济型数控机床领域具有广阔的应用前景。 Aimed at requirement of reproducing, a multifunctional machining tool numerical control system was put for-ward, which was on the basis of ARM9 core microprocessor and better price ratio. The hardware platform is modularity, it took SAMSUNG S3C2440A microprocessor as main control CPU and ATmega88 as subordinative CPU, in order to auto-matically operate the processing. The main control CPU played the part of inputting the digital control program, keyboard inputting, LCD displaying, the explanation of the programs, crude interpolations and so on. Subordinative CPU as the as-sisting apparatus was to realize fine interpolation, expanded the human interface and communication module, and fixed an 8-inched multicolor display screen, realized the human interface and communicate. This system is low in power consumption and costs, which can realize many operations such as digital operation, combing shining metal and machine together, pro- bing and so on. The structure of the system is also simple which makes the maintenance and upgrading of the system much easier. As a result, it has Rood promoting prospect.
