摘要
抽油杆在井下服役过程中发生早起断裂。进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度检测和显微组织分析、扫描分析及能谱分析,结果表明,抽油杆断裂失效是由油田腐蚀介质、服役过程中周期循环的工作应力和锻造局部加热残留的残余应力共同作用而产生的腐蚀疲劳断裂。
Sucker rod under oil well occurred fracture during early service time. Through macro-analysis, chemical anal-ysis, hardness testing and microstructure analysis, and scanning and spectrum analysis, the results showed that fracture failure was caused by oil field corrosive media, service work during the cycle of stress and local heating residual effect of re-sidual stress from forging.
