摘要
以知识产权专业的学科特征和中国高等教育的现状,对该学科的研究生教育中的培养目标及课程体系的设置问题进行了阐述,并就如何建立合理的核心课程群等几种措施展开讨论。
In consideration of the characteristics of intellectual property rights discipine and the present situation of Chinese higher education,an inquiry is made into the training purpose as well as the curriculum in graduate education.Moreover, several measures aiming at developing sensible core course system are also discussed.
