洋金花中多糖的含量测定

Content Determination of Polysaccharide in Flos Daturae

目的:采用热水提取乙醇沉淀法提取多糖,考查提取纯化条件,确定提取方法。对提取的多糖进行定性和解析。方法:以苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,制备标准曲线并进行效能指标认证。结果:测定平均回收率为99.41%,RSD为1.97%。结论:实验建立的提取工艺简便可行,定量分析方法灵敏、准确。

Objective：To use hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation method to extract polysaccharide extraction and purification condition, examine,determine the extraction method. On the extraction of polysaccharide and qualitative analy- sis. Methods：by phenol sulfuric acid method to determine the content of polysaecharide,preparation of standard curve and performance certification. Results： The determination of the average rate of recovery is 99.41%, RSD is 1.97%. Conclusion： To establish an experimental extraction process is simple and feasible method is sensitive ,accurate, quantitative analysis.
