摘要
目的:以豆科植物槐的花蕾槐米为原料,提取多糖。采用热水提取乙醇沉淀法提取多糖,考查提取纯化条件,确定提取工艺。对提取的多糖进行定性和解析。方法:以苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,制备标准曲线并进行效能指标认证。结果:测得槐米中多糖含量为0.092mg/mg(多糖/原药材)。结论:本研究结果在评价槐米内在质量以及资源开发利用方面具有一定价值。
