摘要
目的:从大黄中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法:运用水提醇沉法提取大黄多糖。用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。以硫酸-苯酚显色后用紫外分光光度计测定吸光度,测定波长为490nm。结果:大黄中多糖含量为6.54%,方法平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=0.73%(n=6)。结论:实验建立的提取工艺简便可行,定量分析方法灵敏、准确。
Objective：To extract the polysacchafides from Rheum palmatum L and to determine its contents. Methods： Application of polysaccharides extraction by water extracting and alcohol precipitation, Stupid determination of polysaccharide content by phenol - sulfuric acid. Sulfuric acid - phenol after color with UV absorbance spectrophotometer determination, de- termination of wavelength 491nm. Colorimetry. Results： The polysaccharide content of Rheum palmatum L. was 6.54% and the average recovery rate was 98. 8% with RSD 0. 73% （n = 6）. Conclusion：Experimental establishment of the extraction process is simple and feasible ,sensitive, accurate quantitative analysis methods.
