摘要
目的:应用近红外光谱技术建立绞股蓝中水分定量快速测定的检测方法。方法:用傅里叶变换近红外光谱技术(FT-NIRS)结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立水分定量分析模型,并用模型测定绞股蓝中水分的含量。结果:校正样品集的标准偏差(SEC)为0.0145,预测样品集的标准偏差(SEP)为0.01027,预测值与实测值的决定系数(R2)为0.9912。结论:该法准确快速,重现性好,且不破坏样品,可代替常规分析方法。
Objective: To establish a method for quick determination of moisture content in Gynostemma pentaphylla Maki- no by near infrared spectroscopy. Methods: Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy ( FT- NIRS ) combining partial leastsquares method( PLS) was used to develop the moisture quantitative analysis mode. Results:The internal cross validation determinatian coefficient(R2) is 0. 9912 ,internal cross validation determination mean square error(SEC) is 0. 0145 ,prediction mean square error(SEP) is 0. 01027. Conclusion:The established method is a rapid and simple way with good accuracy and reproducibility for the determination of water eontem, and it is also a non - destructive assay. So FT- NIRS could replace the conventional analysis methods.
