摘要
在中性条件下,胆红素氧化酶可以由适宜的介体介导,催化氧气还原成水,同时伴随大量生物电催化电流的产生,具体反应为bilirubin+1/2O2→biliverdin+H2O,即胆红素氧化酶催化胆红素生成胆绿素,后者进一步氧化生成性质不明的无色物质。大部分胆红素氧化酶可将未转变成过氧化氢的氧气还原,因此胆红素氧化酶适于构建燃料电池的生物阴极。
In the neutral condition,bilirubin oxidise can be led by suitable mediators and catalyses oxygen into water,accompanying with the generation of a large number of bioelectrocatalysis.The specific reaction is bilirubin + 1/2O2 → biliverdin + H2O,namely bilirubin oxidase catalyses bilirubin into biliverdin and the latter further oxidizes into unknown colorless substances.Most bilirubin oxidase can deoxidize oxygen that doesn't convert to hydrogen;therefore bilirubin oxidase is suitable for becoming bio-cathode of fuel cell.
