死亡受体信号转导通路是诱导细胞凋亡的主要途径之一,目前已知的死亡受体有8种,其信号转导途径主要有3条,分别为TNFR、TRAIL和Fas/FasL信号途径。本文将就这三条通路的研究概况进行阐述。

Death receptor is one of the main pathway that inducing the cell apoptosis.Eight members of the death receptor family have been characterized so far,it mainly has three signal transduction pathways,respectively TNFR、TRAIL and Fas/FasL signaling pathway.This article will focus on narrative these three pathways.
