关于脑蛋白水解物片微生物限度检查方法的探讨

Study on Microbial Limit Test Method for Brain Protein Hydrolysate Tablets

目的:验证脑蛋白水解物片的微生物限度检查方法是否适用于该供试品的检查。方法:细菌、霉菌及酵母菌计数按常规检查法,控制菌按常规检查法。结果:稀释剂对照组的菌回收率大于70%,试验组的菌回收率大于70%;阴性对照组未检出阴性对照菌,试验组检出阳性试验菌。结论:可以用该微生物限度检查法进行脑蛋白水解物片的检查。

Objective：To verify the brain protein hydrolysate for microbial limit test method is applied to the sample examination.Methods：of bacteria,mold and yeast count according to conventional inspection method,control bacteria according to conventional inspection method.Results：The diluent controls bacterial recovery is greater than 70%,the test group of bacteria recovery more than 70%;the negative control group were not detected in the negative control bacteria,the test group positive test bacteria.Conclusion：can be made with the microbial limit test method of hydrolysate film screening.
