摘要
目的:优选制备京尼平苷微囊的工艺条件。方法:明胶为材料,采用单凝聚法,以包封率为评价指标,利用均匀设计法优选最佳的微囊制备条件。结果:囊心囊材比为1:12,温度45℃,转速为500 r.min-1。结论:微囊制备工艺稳定、粒径分布及溶出符合要求。
Objective:To study the preparation method for geniposide microcapsule using gelatin gum as sealing materialis.Methods:Geniposide microcapsule was prepared by simple coacervation method.The uniform design was adopted to optimize the preparation procedure,entrapment efficiency as evaluation indexes.Results:The optimum preparation technique of geniposide microcapsule:the ratio of core material to coating material was 1:12,the temperature of encapsulation was at 45℃ and the stirring speed was 500 r·min-1.Conclusion:The results showed that geniposide microcapsule had appropriate diameter,distribution of microcapsule particles size and dissolution as well as requirements.
