Drugs as a special commodity,has the typical characteristics of the need for drug risk management.Medicines has cure or disease characteristics of ＂double edged sword＂,so using drugs in medical institutions have the characteristics of high risk.Medical institutions should strengthen drug risk prevention,not only reduced medical dispute,but also pledging public medication safety.On the current,impact of hospital drug safety risk factors and preventive measures were preliminary analysis in this article.The influence of drug safety factors exist in hospitals,therefore,these measures should be take strong including building complete drug risk management system,and effectively preventing the drug risk of the hospital to achieve the pharmaceutical risk minimization,safeguard the patient medication safety and reasonable.
