2010年至2012年某院门诊处方指标调查分析

Survey of Our Hospital Outpatient Prescripitions from 2010 to 2012

目的:了解《处方管理办法》(2007年版)实施以来,某院门诊处方合理用药情况。方法:随机抽取某院2010年至2012年每月的门诊处方100张,采用合理用药国际指标,按照《办法》的附件2"处方评价表"要求,进行数据的填写、统计、分析。结果:某院平均用药种数为2.1种,抗菌药使用率为41.6%,注射剂使用率为26.1%,基本药物使用率为52.7%,药品通用名使用率为100.0%,平均处方金额为154.8元。结论:某院门诊处方指标基本合理,抗菌药及注射剂使用率二项指标欠佳。还需加强对临床用药安全性、有效性及合理性的监督,严格执行抗菌药分级管理制度,进一步推动基本药物使用,提高医疗服务水平,确保合理用药。

Objective：To explore the situation of rational drug use of hospital outpatient prescriptions since the implementation of ＂Prescription Administrative Measures＂（2007 version）（hereinafter referred to as ＂Measures＂）.Methods：A random sample of hospital from 2010 to 2012 prescriptions 100,according to the international rational drug use（RDU）indicators of WHO/INRUD（International Network for Rational Use of Drugs）,in accordance with the ＂Measures＂ annex 2 ＂Prescription Evaluation Form＂,fill in the data,statistics and analysis.Results：The average number of drug types was 2.1,the antimicrobial drug usage was 41.6%,injection rate was 26.1%,basic drugs used（%）52.7%,utilization rate of generic drugs 100.0%,the average expense for medicine was 154.8 yuan each time.Conclusion：The basic indicators of our hospital outpatient prescriptions were reasonable,two indicators of the utilization of antibiotics and injections were poor.It is important to strengthen our hospital for clinical drug safety,effectiveness and rationality of supervision,strict implementation of anti-bacterial drug classification management system,to promote the use of essential medicines,improving health care services to ensure the rational use of drugs.
