溶血标本对心肌标志物检测结果的影响分析

Analysis of Influence of Hemolysis on Myocardial Markers Test Results

目的:探讨溶血标本对心肌标志物肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、肌钙蛋白(CTn)、肌红蛋白(Mb)检测结果的影响。方法:对本院2012年1月-2012年10月60例AMI病人标本进行溶血前后肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白(CTn)、肌红蛋白(Mb)测定。结果:未溶血标本和溶血标本的CKMB、CTn、Mb检测结果存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:标本溶血对CKMB、CTn、Mb检测结果影响较大,在临床检验中,应尽量避免。

Objective：To investigate the impact of hemolysis on the test results of CKMB,CTn and Mb of myocardial markers.Methods：The blood of 60 normal people from the outpatients medical examination of our hospital from January to December in 2012 were randomly chosen for the study,whose CKMB,CTn and Mb were detected.Results：The test results of CKMB,CTn and Mb have significant difference between normal blood and hemolysis（P0.05）.Conclusion：Hemolysis can affect the test results of CKMB,CTn and Mb greatly,which is avoided or reduce in clinical laboratory.
