摘要
论述了重庆市万州区林业产业的发展现状,分析了存在的林业产业化体系不健全,产业链不完善;基地管理水平较低,科技含量不高;资源空间分布不均,结构不合理;生态资源破坏严重等问题。提出了深化改革创新,加大融资投入,稳固和壮大现有产业,强化林业科技体系建设,增强科技创新能力,加快发展林下产业模式,为农征收等具体对策,以促进万州林业产业的快速发展等对策。
Discuss the present situation of forestry industry development in Wanzhou. Analyze the problem that the existing forestry industrial system is not sound, The industrial chain is not perfect. The management level of base is low, science and technology content is not high. The distribution of resources in space is unbalancing and structure is not reasonable and the ecological resource is de- stroyed seriously.＂ Further more, make suggestion that deepen reform and innovation, increase finan- cial investment~ Consolidate and of forestry science and technology expand the existing industry. Strengthen the construction of system ~ Enhance the ability of science and technology＂ innovation. Acceler- ate the development of forest industry mode. And Agricultural levy etc. in order to promote the rapid development of forestry industry in WanZhou.
