摘要
为了寻求药用百合离体培养的最佳配方,大幅提高其繁殖系数,利用药用百合鳞片作为外植体,对百合鳞茎的诱导、增殖、生根等关键性技术开展了研究。结果表明:鳞茎诱导的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;鳞茎增殖的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L和MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+2,4-D 0.4 mg/L;幼苗生根的最适培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L。
In order to find out the best culturing formula in vitro and to increase propagation coefficient of medicinal lily, some key techniques of bulb formation, proliferation and rooting were researched, taking scale from medicinal Lily as explants. The results indicate that the best medium of bulb formation is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L, the best medium of bulb proliferation is MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L or MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+2,4-D 0.4 mg/L, and the best medium of bulb is 1/2MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L.
