摘要
地名地址数据库属于基础地理信息数据库,是构成数字城市地理空间框架不可或缺的重要组成部分。本文以位于长春市东部的8.1 km2实验区为例,详细介绍了地名地址数据采集方法、质量控制措施以及实践中遇到的问题和解决方案。为长春市城区范围内开展地名地址数据采集和建库工作积累经验,并为技术人员指导作业员大面积作业提供参考。
The placename and address database belongs to fundamental geographic iniormatlon database,is composea oI digital city geospatial framework indispensable basic information. This paper takes 8.1 km2 experimental area of Changchun as an example ,technological process of data acquisition,requirements and problems during data acquisition process are introduced in detail ,which can accumulate experience for develop the placename and address acquisition and database establishment work in range of Changchun urban area and propose for technician guide operators provide reference for lots of working.
