摘要
联合国《海洋法公约》的通过标志着"海洋新时代"的到来,由此引起了相当多海洋国家对海洋管理与开发的热潮,本文论析了加拿大韩国的海洋立法背景及海洋机制,对我国当前的海洋立法和如何维护我国海洋利益具有一定的启示意义。
The Law of Maritime Treaty has been passed by United Nation. It shows the arrival of ＂Maritime New Ear＂, that is, so many maritime countries get high spirit to manage and explore them. This paper analyzes on the background and maritime system of making laws in Canada and South Korea. It has a certain inspiration meaning to present maritime law-making and how to protect maritime interests of China.
