组织行为学视域下大学公共英语教学探析

College English Teaching from the Perspective of Organizational Behavior Science

摘要 大学公共英语教学是一种组织行为,也被认为是一个系统工程,既可以从组织行为学理论的新视角加以思考,也可以从利益相关者、行为逻辑、集体行动三个方面加以解析,而要想提升这种组织行为的效益,建议走以下三条路径:优化利益相关者利益模型,提高学生影响力;增进各主体行为动力,营造良好教与学氛围;完善社会资本动员,凸显监督和多元化激励。 The teaching of college English is viewed as an organizational behavior. It is naturally intended to combine into the former the theories from the organizational behavioral science, especially that of the perspective of the stakeholders, the behavior logic, and collective action. In this paper it is suggested that the teaching of college English is a systematic project, thus involving several interrelating factors. To enhance its efficiency, it is necessary to optimize the interest model of the stakeholders, the college students, and the administration authorities, thus creating a satisfactory teaching and learning atmosphere at colleges and universities.
