On the Teaching Ethics Implication from the Perspective of Harmonious Society

师德是教师的灵魂和行动的标尺,是影响和左右学生价值取向的重要支撑点。在如今和谐社会中,师德是生产力、师德是文化力、师德是发展力。在重视教师职业需要的前提下,坚定理想信念与充满爱心是实现师德提升的根本途径。

The teaching ethics are the soul of teachers and the scale of their action, and are the key points to influ- ence and control the student＇s value orientation. This paper tries to discuss the teaching ethics implication from the perspective of harmonious society on the three aspects of its productivity, culture, and development. It points out that with the teachers professional needs valued, their ideals, faith and love are the fundamental ways to realize promotion of their teaching ethics.
