摘要
在对校外函授站教学质量监控及评价的必要性和监控的对象、评价的方法进行探讨的基础上,摒弃以往函授教学中,监控主体为教学主管部门,将教师看做被管理者的片面观点,指出应发挥教师、学生、管理人员的能动性,进而提高函授教学的质量。
The article states the necessity of monitoring and evaluating teaching quality of outside school correspon- dence stations and discusses the object and methods of evaluation practically, abandoning previous view of regarding the department in charge of teaching as the subject of monitoring, the teachers as the managed. The article points out that we should give play to the initiative of the teachers, students, managers, and thus improving the quality of corre- spondence teaching.
